Yangquan pump a valve as a technology innovation projects
This year, Yangquan Municipality should prioritize deepening the reform of the science and technology system, accelerating the establishment of an innovation framework where enterprises take the lead, guided by market demand, and integrating industry, academia, and research. The focus will be on key industries and core technologies, with efforts to concentrate resources on major technological challenges and promote collaborative development. Enterprises are encouraged to expand product varieties, enhance quality, boost efficiency, and strengthen technological innovation and new product development.
To support this, Yangquan City has identified 28 technological innovation projects, focusing on supporting enterprise technology centers and prioritizing small and medium-sized enterprises in equipment manufacturing and chemical industries. These projects include: the city pump factory’s direct multi-stage welding pump, valve shares Co., Ltd.’s high-temperature dust gas butterfly valve, Xixiaoping Refractories’ automation control for natural gas firing, Yangquan Aluminum Co., Ltd.’s optimization design of prebaked anode carbon blocks and energy-saving technology for aluminum casting furnaces, Ji Ji Tian Li Technology Industry Co., Ltd.’s new type of fixed anti-acid lead-acid batteries, and the city of Food Co., Ltd.’s three-enzyme hypoglycemic technology for potato flour production.
Other projects include the development of high-purity solanesol by Shanxi Xinyuan Chemical Co., Ltd., frequency conversion magnesium alloy smelting devices by Hengyuan Power Electronics Co., Ltd., and new continuous casting technology by Xin Xin Tiantong Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. Additionally, Yangquan Ming Fung Meat Processing Co., Ltd. is building a food testing and R&D center, while City Valve Co., Ltd. is developing all-welded steel structure forged ball valves.
The total investment for these 28 projects amounts to 109.3 million yuan, reflecting the city's commitment to driving innovation and enhancing industrial competitiveness through targeted technological advancements. This strategic approach not only supports local enterprises but also strengthens the overall economic foundation of Yangquan.
