This post gives you a sneak peek into our production center! Our team is making great strides by launching a local e-bike manufacturing and R&D center based at the ELMIZ factory in Kyiv. The Delfast R&D will feature several key units designed to support innovation and quality control.

One of the first areas we’ve set up is the series assembly and development room. This is where the magic happens – we’re assembling components like wheels, seats, and other parts that will soon become part of our latest e-bike models. It's fascinating to see how these pieces come together to form something truly innovative.

Next up, we have the product testing room. This is one of the most crucial spaces in our R&D center, dedicated to rigorous testing of essential components like batteries, motors, and more. Here, we ensure that every aspect of our bikes meets the highest standards of performance and safety. Testing everything from range and power to speed is vital for maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.

Another exciting area is what we call the "smart center." This is where our brilliant engineers design 3D models and detailed sketches for upcoming e-bike models. It’s a hub of creativity and cutting-edge technology, helping us bring our vision to life.

In addition to these areas, we also have dedicated spaces for bike assembly, painting, welding, and comfortable office space for our talented team of engineers and designers. It’s a vibrant environment where ideas flow freely, and collaboration is key.

We couldn’t be more thrilled about this new chapter in our journey. Opening this R&D center is not just a step forward for Delfast but also a significant contribution to Ukraine's growing tech and manufacturing landscape.
