CFD updates
A 2-11 alarm fire on Chicago's southside early in the morning didn't result in any dramatic fire photos, but it gave us an opportunity to add several emergency vehicles to our database. All the images captured were taken at night and will eventually be replaced with daytime shots, but for now, they allow us to include more units in our collection. Among the additions is Engine 32, which recently received its brand new Spartan Crimson engine.
So far, the following units have been updated:
- Light Wagon 9-1-5
- Engine 34
- Hose Wagon 6-1-1
- Battalion 21
We're also preparing to add a few more units soon, which are part of new house listings from the scene. These include:
- Engine 64 & Ambulance 27
- Engine 88 & 4-5-5
- Engine 101 & Truck 41
- Engine 129 & Truck 50
- Engine 15, Battalion 20 & Ambulance 18
These updates help keep our records current and provide more accurate information for those tracking Chicago Fire Department units. We’ll continue to update as more photos become available.
