After-Sales Service for Plastic Pellets Production System:

1. Technical Documents:
All labels, layout drawings, electrical diagrams, and user manuals will be provided in English. These documents will be sent to the buyer within the third week of project execution. Hard copies will also be shipped with the machines.

2. Inspection, Installation, and Testing:
a. Upon arrival at the customer’s factory, the buyer is responsible for all preparatory work, including power supply, water supply, labor, and cranes.
b. We will assist with visa applications for our engineers who will guide the installation and testing at the buyer’s site.
c. The buyer will cover round-trip airfare for engineers if the visa is approved, along with additional costs like meals, accommodation, and a daily allowance of USD 100 per engineer.
d. Engineers will provide free training to the customer’s workers.

3. Quality and Quantity Guarantee:
a. In case of discrepancies in quality or quantity upon arrival at the destination port, the customer must file a claim within 30 days. We will take responsibility for any issues caused by shipping companies or other transport providers.
b. Warranty period is 12 months after installation. During this time, we will provide free spare parts for quality-related issues. If problems arise due to incorrect usage, we will charge the customer the cost price for replacement parts.
