1. Application
The TSE-75 Co-rotating twin screw extruder is designed for a wide range of masterbatch and compound applications. It is ideal for the production of intensified compounds such as PP, PA, PBT, ABS, AS, PC, POM, PPS, ETP with glass fiber or carbon fiber. It also supports filling masterbatches like PE, PP, EVA with calcium carbonate, talc, titanium dioxide, and carbon black. Color masterbatches using PE, ABS, PS, EVA, PET, PP with pigments are also supported. In addition, it is suitable for various cable materials including HDPE, LDPE, LLPE, EVA, PVC, and PP.
