Shaanxi New Huanggong Launches HD320S Mine Transfer Machine
In early 2008, New Huanggong Company successfully delivered two HD320S mining transfer machines to a coal-fired power plant in the Hulunbuir League of Inner Mongolia. These machines marked a significant milestone for the company as they represented the latest advancement in their product line. The HD320S, developed in March 2007, was designed by integrating foreign advanced technologies with local operational conditions, making it ideal for use in open-pit coal mines.
Built upon the yellow crawler-type model, the HD320S features an added tape transfer work device and is powered by a renowned American Cummins engine, meeting Euro II emission standards. It can lift up to 10 tons and operates by clamping the conveyor belt rail with its transfer head. Using a lifting cylinder, the rail is raised to a certain height, and the main unit then pulls the end of the conveyor belt forward, enabling one-step movement. The machine moves back and forth along the conveyor belt, significantly improving the efficiency of moving and laying the belt.
Compared to traditional equipment, the HD320S boosts working efficiency by over 30% and reduces costs by approximately 25%. Its operation is both convenient and flexible, allowing the conveyor belt to be accurately positioned at a new location, either through linear or fan-shaped movement. After testing, the company’s equipment supervisor expressed high satisfaction with the machine’s performance and efficiency, and expressed hope for continued collaboration with New Huanggong in the future.
The successful development of the HD320S not only expanded the company's product range but also laid a solid foundation for its market presence in 2008. This innovation demonstrated New Huanggong’s growing technical capability and commitment to providing efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly solutions for the mining industry.
