The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure. Modified rubber O-rings are used, which are resistant to physical and chemical effects, aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This ensures that the sealing rings do not bond with the rubber substrate, enhancing mechanical properties and preventing aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring no displacement or falling off. This guarantees excellent sealing performance.

The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps secure the connection. To disconnect, push the male connector and press the clip button, allowing you to pull it out easily. Always use SAE 30 heavy oil lubrication before reseating.
