INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR

1) Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are designed with innovation, security, and speed in mind. Made from synthetic materials, they are suitable for a wide range of media carrying lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. These connectors are ideal for automotive applications. The design and production strictly follow SAE J2044-2009 standards. If the product doesn't meet your needs, we can customize it to your requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure makes connection and disconnection quick and easy, requiring minimal space. This ensures high-density arrangements and greater flexibility in your design.

2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure. Modified rubber O-rings are used, which are resistant to physical and chemical properties, aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This prevents bonding between the two sealing rings and increases mechanical strength, helping to prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring that the rings do not fall or shift. This guarantees excellent sealing performance.

4) Working Environment of Quick Connector
These connectors are suitable for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, as well as their vapor venting and evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
A quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the connectors to be joined together, and then pulled back to ensure a secure connection. To repair or remove the quick connector, push the male connector and press the clip button, allowing the lock to expand, making it easy to pull out. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.

Sized to optimize transport costs, pre-cabled and pre-assembled, Feiyya silos are an economical solution suitable for a fixed installation, or for those who do not require specialized machinery for mobile sites such as horizontal silos.

Cement and lime silos are equipped with a gravimetric electronic weighing system with decreasing load cells which allow: (1) the unloading of the material by deduction weighing,( 1996031,2) the setting of automatic unloading programs,( 1996032,3) the automatic management of the vibrator,( 1996033,4) the control of the purchased quantities,( 1996034,5) the control of the remaining quantities.

Cement and lime silos are equipped with an adjustable timer discharge system which allows: (1) the discharge of the material in volumetric mode,( 1996035,2) the setting of the timer scale in seconds, minutes or hours,( 1996036,3) the additional management of the discharges in fully manual start/stop mode.
