Introduction
Our bag type filter is a small to medium-sized pulse jet dust collector designed for high-efficiency dust removal in various industrial environments. Equipped with pulse blowing technology and a PLC controller, it ensures automatic operation, offering reliable performance, easy maintenance, and efficient management. Through our design program and various sensor signals, we can monitor every part of the equipment during operation. This dust collector is widely used in industries such as cement, metallurgy, power generation, and chemicals for gas purification and fine powder material recovery.
Structure Composition
The customized dust catcher consists of the filter chamber housing, clean air chamber enclosure, filter bags, filter cages, pulse injection device, ash hopper, screw conveyor, and discharger. A centrifugal fan is required for the power system. In another type of dust catcher, the dedusting job is done by isolating each chamber. The pulse and soot cleaning cycle is controlled by a soot cleaning program controller.
