Introduction
Our bag type filter is a small to medium-sized pulse jet dust collector designed for efficient dust removal in various industrial applications. It uses pulse blowing and PLC control systems to ensure automatic operation, making it reliable, easy to maintain, and user-friendly. With our advanced design and monitoring systems, we can observe every part of the equipment during operation. This dust collector is widely used in industries such as cement, metallurgy, power generation, and chemical processing for gas purification and fine powder collection.
Structure Composition
The customized dust collectors consist of a filter chamber housing, clean air chamber enclosure, filter bags, cage, pulse injection device, ash hopper, screw conveyor, and discharger. A centrifugal fan is also required for the power system. In some models, the dust removal process is done by isolating each chamber. The pulse cleaning cycle is controlled by a soot cleaning program controller.

The filter disc also called Wire Mesh Filter Disc ,it is made of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh ,sintered wire mesh, sintered felt, Perforated Metal Sheet etc.It can be divided into single layer, multi-layer, round, rectangle, oval and so on.
