The Xichai CA4/6DLD diesel engine adopts an internationally advanced development process and independently develops an intelligent motor-driven hot-end high-pressure EGR system and fuel system. It has a variety of fuel injection systems and booster system matching spaces, and successfully solves high-pressure EGR valves. The difficulties in the application of medium- and heavy-duty commercial diesel engines have resulted in two patented technologies and independent intellectual property rights. The Xichai CA4/6DLD diesel engine is positioned high-end, and the emissions start to reach the fourth level, and it has the potential to meet the national five and six national standards. At the same time fully consider the market demand, for the use of light vehicles, CA4DLD diesel engine adopts EGR technology route; CA6DLD diesel engine adopts two technical routes of EGR and SCR for the working conditions of medium and heavy vehicles. Since the identification of new products in Jiangsu Province in 2010, 34 variants have been successfully developed.
