In 2007, Mr. Zhang and his young 4-year-old Ms. Zhang registered for marriage. At the time of marriage, although Ms. Zhang had two children, Mr. Zhang did not care. After marriage, the couple did not have children.

Mr. Zhang introduced that from 2009 to 2010, Ms. Zhang concealed the fact that she was married, and she used her QQ chat to take fraudulent means to defraud others of more than RMB 80,000. Ms. Zhang is now detained at the detention center for alleged fraud. In addition, the husband and wife have separated and lived since the beginning of 2012. Mr. Zhang believes that Ms. Zhang’s behavior has seriously violated the obligation of loyalty between husband and wife. Now the feelings of both husband and wife have completely broken up and there is no possibility of mediation and good cooperation. Therefore, filed a divorce suit with the court.

For the common property of the husband and wife, Mr. Zhang said that he would like to return Ms. Zhang’s computer and mobile phone to her. However, all the other furniture in the home is to be purchased by herself and should belong to herself. In addition, out of sympathy, he is willing to bear the legal costs of the case, legal fees of 30,000 yuan, and the amount of 45,000 yuan due to the cheating of Ms. Zhang’s alleged fraud.
