INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR

1) The Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are made of synthetic materials, designed to be innovative, secure, and fast. They are suitable for most media-carrying lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. These connectors are ideal for automotive applications. Our design and production processes strictly follow the SAE J2044-2009 standard, which specifies quick connect couplings for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If your needs differ, we can customize the product accordingly. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for easy connection and disconnection, requiring only a small space on both sides. This ensures high-density arrangements and greater flexibility in your design.

2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring with a radial sealing structure. Modified rubber O-rings are used, offering excellent resistance to fluid physics and chemistry, anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, preventing bonding between the two sealing rings. The outer synthetic rubber O-rings enhance mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring they do not fall out or shift. This guarantees a highly secure seal.

These connectors are suitable for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, as well as their vapor venting or evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows it to lock and connect. Pull back to ensure a complete connection. To repair or remove the quick connector, first push the male connector and press the clip button, allowing the lock to expand so you can easily pull out the connector. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
