The Twin Screw Extruder and Pelletizing System is designed for processing waste materials that require high performance in melting, volatilization, and filtration. It is primarily used for the recycling and re-pelletizing of PET scraps.
To reduce the IV reduction during PET flakes/scraps recycling, it's essential to remove impurities like PVC content and moisture, along with a precise recycling system and reliable equipment configuration.
This PET plastic pelletizing machine uses advanced international recycling technology and is tailored for the recycling of washed PET plastic flakes or scraps, such as Cola bottle flakes, purified water bottle flakes, PET sheet flakes, and drinking bottle flakes.
After processes like feeding, heating, melting, cooling, drying, and cutting, the final product is PET plastic pellets suitable for producing new PET products.

The screw is made from high-quality tool steel 38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2. The special screw combination and Euro-style rectangle barrel with optimized reflux refrigeration channels help minimize temperature differences in D areas.
An innovative heater-tightened design ensures efficient heat transfer and long-lasting heater performance.
High-quality nitride steel is used for the material, offering corrosion resistance and anti-friction properties. Two sets of vacuum systems are specially designed for enhanced performance.
A new-style parallel three-axis drive system combines the convex axis, chain, decelerator, and torque, ensuring compactness and smooth operation. Key bearings use imported soakage and spraying lubrication, enhancing tooth face strength for high torque, precision, and low noise.
Drive components are made from high-quality alloys, including cemented steel and ground materials.

1. Screw Feeder: The first step in the pelletizing process, where PET plastic flakes/scraps are conveyed into the hopper via a screw. A sensor detects the material level in the hopper, stopping the screw when full and restarting it when empty.
2. Extruder: For plasticization and degassing, this specialized single-screw extruder melts pre-compacted material. The first stage extruder melts and plasticizes the material, while the second stage extruder extrudes it. A double-zone vacuum system efficiently removes volatiles like low molecular compounds and moisture, ideal for heavy printed films and materials with some water content.
3. Non-stop Hydraulic Screen Filter Changer: Provides dual-stage filtering—coarse in the first extruder and fine in the second—reducing the frequency of filter changes. The quality of input material and intended granule use heavily influence the filter requirements.
4. Water Cooling: Made of 304 stainless steel, 4 meters long and filled with water, effectively cools the melted plastic.
5. Cutting Pelletizing: Equipped with speed steel and hard alloy cutting blades for reliable performance. Its compact structure reduces maintenance needs.
