The Exploration and Practice of Training Ideas for Valve Design and Manufacturing Professionals Based on Cooperation between School and Enterprise

[Abstract] School-enterprise cooperation is an effective way for higher vocational education to train advanced technology and applied talents. Over the years, higher vocational colleges around the country have actively carried out research and practice of school-enterprise cooperation. They have achieved fruitful results and encountered many difficulties. Taking the valve design and manufacturing major of Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper analyzes the ideas and practices of professional personnel training based on the cooperation between schools and enterprises.

Wenzhou, as the main production base of the national pump valve, has national-level business cards such as “Hometown of China Pump Valves” and “China Valve City”. The professional of valve design and manufacturing can effectively serve the local regional economic industry and promote the promotion of professionalism. Better adapt to the needs of enterprises for human resources. The relevant national functional departments have also clarified the urgency and significance of school-enterprise cooperation in documents such as the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline (2010-2020) and the Opinions on Comprehensively Improving the Teaching Quality of Higher Vocational Education.
First, the professional design of valve design and manufacturing in our hospital In 2010, when the institute reported to the Ministry of Education to set up this profession, we determined that the training objective of this major is to combine the needs of talents for regional economic and social development, docking the valve manufacturing industry of our city and relying on the valve industry. , In cooperation with valve manufacturing companies, we have trained high-quality technical and technical professionals specialized in valve structure design, quality management, sales technical support, and marketing in the field of valve manufacturing.
Second, the valve design and manufacturing professionals training ideas In the past seven years, the valve design and manufacturing professional in our hospital experienced many professional construction reforms, and achieved good results, graduates also won the praise of employers. Through several years of exploration and accumulation, the focus of our hospital's valve design and manufacturing professionals training ideas are the following five aspects:
(1) The “0.5+1.5+0.5+0.5” academic system The “0.5+1.5+0.5+0.5” academic system refers to students who have undergone four stages of study. The first "0.5" refers to the student's first semester acceptance of the same basic learning as other majors. Through the first “0.5”, students can systematically master the knowledge and skills of mechanical drawing, engineering materials, computer operations, etc. to lay the foundation for professional learning; the second “1.5” refers to professional basic courses, professional courses, and skills that students experience. Learning, through the systematic study of this stage for one and a half years, to master the related theoretical basis and professional skills of the professional; the third “0.5” refers to the core course of the first semester of the third year of learning and professional comprehensive skills training, through virtual or Real production projects, infiltrate the industry production standards and norms, allow students to experience the real work process and environment, and then lay a solid foundation for embarking on the internship practice; the last "0.5" refers to graduation comprehensive practice, including graduate internship and graduation Design, that is to enter the company, in the real post to engage in real jobs, and work in conjunction with their own posts, under the guidance of school teachers and corporate technical staff, complete the graduation design.

1. Do it in school. The basic course teaching is carried out on a project basis. The project is derived from valve products that have been put into production by the school-enterprise cooperation unit, such as different types of ball valves and gate valves of the Bethel Valve Group, and different types of butterfly valve products of the Xuanda Valve Group. Each summer vacation, according to the student's own situation, it is planned to enter the company's training, so that students enter the company to become familiar with the valve design, manufacturing, and testing process, so that students can gain direct communication with the company.
2. Do high school. After the students have a certain practical foundation, they will enter “learning by doing”, establish a studio under the guidance of professional teachers, undertake enterprise technology business externally, organize outstanding students to actively participate in social practice projects, and comprehensively upgrade students’ professional qualities.
(III) School-Enterprise Joint Development Project Our institute is located in Wenzhou Higher Education Park. As early as the beginning of the professional establishment, it established a friendly school-enterprise cooperation relationship with Yongjia Yubei and Longwan valve enterprises, and received strong support from the company's leaders. On this basis, our institute successfully applied for the “Wenzhou Valve Technology R&D Public Service Platform” (municipal technology R&D platform), which creates opportunities for students to practice and creates the basis and conditions for site-based R&D for teachers.
(d) Dual Tutor System The so-called double tutor system refers to a two-tutorial system formed by professional teachers and enterprise masters in schools to provide students with two-way guidance. At the same time, the dual-advisory system is an organic whole. Strengthening the construction of the "double guide" team is of great significance to improving students' comprehensive quality.
(V) Establishing a graduate contact system Since the last semester, students have left school to enter the company's position as an internship. We continue to focus on students’ career development, provide timely support for consulting services, and give maximum support to professional and technical development and career development. To his alma mater is always his strong backing.

Summary and Prospects The purpose of higher vocational education is destined to schools and enterprises will become an inseparable organism, but also makes school-enterprise cooperation become an eternal topic in higher vocational education. A large number of scholars and experts have conducted very in-depth research and exploration of the theory and practice of school-enterprise cooperation and formed a lot of valuable results, which has played a significant role in promoting the cultivation of vocational education personnel.
