FAQ

Q: What is our payment policy?
A: -100% advance payment is preferred.

-Orders under USD10,000 require full prepayment.

-Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for most business.

-Irrevocable L/C with less than 60 days may be accepted after negotiation.

-L/C with over 60 days is not acceptable.

-D/P at sight is acceptable after negotiation, while other terms are not.

-D/A and O/A are generally not acceptable.

-Partial payment is negotiable, but we usually require at least 30% advance, with the balance paid before shipment.

Q: How long is the lead time for orders?
A: -Typically 45-60 days depending on order quantity and production schedule.

-Lead time starts from the date of receiving the L/C or advance payment as per contract.

-Some rush orders can be fulfilled within 30 days or even shorter upon approval.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: -Yes, the minimum order value is USD2,000.

-Orders below USD2,000 may be accepted after negotiation.

-Sample orders are an exception.
