Shredding / Enforcing Feeding
In partnership with European shredder suppliers, the system features specialized shredding rotors that work in conjunction with single-screw extruders to pre-reduce, crush, and feed various types of plastic scraps. The system can handle materials like films, bottles, raffia, woven bags, non-woven fabrics, purges, and lumps, making it ideal for all kinds of plastic waste regardless of condition.

Melt Filtration
The system can be equipped with either a standard single-plate/piston double-station screen changer or a non-stop double-plate/piston four-station screen changer at the extruder head, providing excellent filtration performance. The filtration technology required depends on the quality of the incoming material and the intended use of the final granules.

Plasticization and Degassing
A specialized single-screw extruder gently melts the crushed plastic scraps. The processed material is melted and plasticized over a 32D section. With a dual-zone vacuum degassing system, moisture and low-molecular volatiles are efficiently removed, making this system especially suitable for re-pelletizing heavily printed or moisture-sensitive plastic scraps.

Pelletizing
The die-face water ring pelletizing system is the standard granulation method used in the ASPTM system. The self-adjusting pelletizing head ensures optimal granulate quality and long service life by maintaining consistent blade pressure.
