Tube Force is a third-generation hydraulic control valve, designed as a multi-functional butterfly-type valve. It features an optimized flow design, low energy consumption, and reliable performance with excellent sealing capabilities. This valve combines the functions of a gate valve, a butterfly valve, and a control valve, offering fast closing speeds and adjustable pressure relief time to effectively prevent water hammer damage and protect both the pump and pipeline system. It is commonly installed on the outlet pipelines of centrifugal, mixed-flow, and axial-flow pumps.
Available in diaphragm and piston types, it can be used for clean water, raw water, sewage, and slurry media. The valve provides real-time feedback on its operational status through auxiliary components, enabling automatic control and remote monitoring for long-distance transportation projects. Working Principle
1. Opening the Valve: When the pump starts, the inlet pressure pushes the main disc open through a bypass pipe and a micro-porous check valve. The opening speed can be adjusted via the bypass valve to optimize performance.
2. Closing the Valve: When the pump stops, the sudden drop in pressure causes the main disc to close quickly, while the spring helps the small disc release backflow. The control rod is pushed down, fully cutting off the flow. The closing time can be adjusted to manage the water hammer effect.
