This report comes from John Keller: Engine 92 and Truck 45 arrived at 3830 W 108th Place to find a single-story ranch-style home with visible smoke coming from the front windows. Due to a train blocking access, Truck 31 was dispatched as the second truck, while Truck 40 and Battalion 21 were delayed. Engine 92 managed to get a quick knock on the door. Units 2-7-5 and Squad 5 were canceled en route. Engine 75 was re-routed to assist Engine 92. The fire was quickly brought under control, and only minor injuries were reported.
