TR-BA-3000 Full Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer
Overall Performance:
This fully automatic biochemistry analyzer is designed for high efficiency and precision. It features a discrete system with STAT priority for urgent samples. The analysis speed can reach up to 300 tests per hour (without ISE). It uses colorimetry and turbidimetry for testing, supporting end-point, two kinetics, fixed-time methods, and single/double wavelength with linear and non-linear calibration.
Sample System:
The sample tray has 60 positions, allowing random access of all samples. The sample volume ranges from 2 to 50 µL with 0.1 µL increments. It includes liquid level detection, remaining detection, and collision protection. Compatible with sample cups, microtubes, and original blood collection tubes.
Reagent System:
The reagent tray holds 45 positions. Reagent volumes are R1: 25–300 µL and R2: 10–150 µL, with 0.1 µL increments. It also features liquid level detection, remaining detection, and collision protection. The reagent refrigerator maintains a temperature between 4–15°C with independent power supply and 24-hour refrigeration.
Reaction System:
It uses a rotating tray with 120 cuvettes. The reusable high-quality cuvettes have an optical diameter of 6 mm. Reaction volume ranges from 180–500 µL. It includes a bi-directional liquid-air incubation system and maintains a constant temperature of 37°C ± 0.1°C with real-time display.
Optical System:
Equipped with a 12V 35W halogen lamp with over 2000 hours of life. It supports wavelengths from 340 nm to 700 nm. The absorbance range is 0–3.500 Abs, with a resolution of 0.0001 Abs.
Operating System:
Runs on Windows XP or higher. It includes English graphical operating software. Supports user-defined report formats, QC data, and status information. It connects via RS-232 interface.
