Four considerations for lifting the slurry pump

When the slurry pump is lifted, the slurry pump accessories should pay attention:

1. Lift the horizontal pump without base or only with a separate seat. The lifting center of gravity should be at the square hole on the side of the bracket close to the pump head, and the wire rope should be connected with the lifting hook vertically upwards. In order to maintain the balance of the slurry pump, an auxiliary lifting wire rope should be provided between the eyebolt on the pump housing and the lifting hook. The lifting ring screws on the bracket cover and the front and rear pump casings are provided for disassembling the bracket cover or the front and rear pump casings. They cannot be used alone to lift the integral pump to avoid accidents.

2. Lifting belt motor and horizontal pump with common base, the lifting center of gravity is at the square hole of the bracket close to the coupling, and the wire rope is passed through the vertical upwards to connect with the lifting hook. In order to maintain the balance, the pump must be in the pump. An auxiliary lifting wire rope is provided between the eyebolt above the shell, the motor eyebolt screw and the lifting hook.

3. Horizontal pump units with intermediate transmissions, such as couplings, shall be lifted separately.

4. The place where the wire rope is in contact with the pump body should be protected with soft materials so as not to damage the appearance of the pump or cause the wire rope to cut off.

Sling Mounts

Sling mounts are devices or attachments that allow for the attachment of a sling to a firearm. They are typically used to provide a means of carrying or stabilizing a firearm while keeping it readily accessible for use. There are several types of sling mounts available, including:

1. Swivel Stud Mounts: These mounts attach to the swivel stud found on many rifles and shotguns. They typically consist of a threaded stud that screws into the swivel stud, providing a secure attachment point for the sling.

2. Picatinny Rail Mounts: These mounts attach to the Picatinny rail, a standardized mounting system used on many modern firearms. They typically consist of a clamp or adapter that attaches to the rail and provides a sling attachment point.

3. QD (Quick Detach) Mounts: These mounts allow for quick and easy attachment and detachment of the sling. They typically consist of a QD swivel that can be attached to a sling and a corresponding QD socket that can be mounted on the firearm.

4. Barrel Band Mounts: These mounts attach to the barrel of a firearm, typically near the muzzle. They consist of a band or clamp that wraps around the barrel and provides a sling attachment point.

5. Buttstock Mounts: These mounts attach to the buttstock of a firearm and provide a sling attachment point. They can be mounted using screws or adhesive, depending on the design.

Sling mounts are available in various materials, including metal and polymer, and can be found in different configurations to suit different firearm types and sling styles. They are often used by military, law enforcement, and recreational shooters to enhance the functionality and versatility of their firearms.
