Description:
This is a digital metal detector designed to identify any foreign metallic bodies. It follows the standards of Europe and America, with the entire machine design meeting food machinery requirements, making it suitable for integration into other production lines.


Scope of Application:
It is suitable for detecting metal in food, medicine, toys, garments, footwear, chemical industry, and leather industries. This device can detect metal impurities mixed in various products or raw materials during processing. Examples include iron, non-ferromagnetic metals (iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and other common metals).

Features:
1. Two signal detection circuit merge technology, high sensitivity, and strong anti-jamming capability.
2. Signal processing is automatically calculated by a digital chip, quickly learning the best detection phase, capable of storing over 100 types of products, stable and reliable.
3. All-digital DSP programming design, LCD screen with membrane switch touch control panel. (The maintenance cost of the touch screen is low and has an extremely low failure rate.)
4. Self-learning function and high sensitivity, able to recognize different product types.
5. The entire machine uses stainless steel laser cutting and fiber drawing technology, food-grade PVC or PU conveyor belts, Japan brand bearings, 304 seamless steel tube rollers, Japan Mitsubishi synchronous belts, and German JSCC brand motors.
6. Alarm mode: buzzer warning/automatic stop. Strong shockproof ability; collisions and impacts will not cause false alarms.
7. Can be connected to a production line for automatic inspection of the production process.
