1. Advanced two-signal detection circuit technology ensures high sensitivity and strong anti-jamming capability.
2. Digital chip-based signal processing automatically learns and adjusts to find the optimal detection phase, capable of storing over 100 product types, ensuring stability and reliability.
3. Fully digital DSP programming design with a liquid crystal screen and membrane switch control panel. (The maintenance cost for the touch screen is low, and the failure rate is extremely low)
4. Self-learning function and high sensitivity allow the system to recognize different product types.
5. The entire machine is constructed using stainless steel laser cutting and fiber drawing technology, along with food-grade PVC or PU conveyor belts, Japanese bearings, 304 seamless steel tubes, Mitsubishi synchronous belts, and German JSCC motors.
6. Alarm modes include buzzer warning and automatic stop, with strong shockproof capabilities that prevent false alarms from collisions or impacts.
