Features:

1. Chassis

Hot-dip galvanized chassis with a tow bar imported from Germany. International standard trailer chassis.

Travel braking system: Electronic brake device.

Manual brake system at front of the tow bar.

Suspension type: Load-bearing 4400-pound trailer, 5-leaf springs with axle.

Maximum speed: 120 km/h

Wheels: 4x14-inch, double axles.

 

2. Body Material

Wholly integrally molded peal panel sheet with 35mm polyurethane in the middle. Any logos are available.

 

3. Exterior

3.1

Commercial sunshade elastic awning imported from the USA.

3.2

Foldable small food bench with keys installed on the exterior of the trailer. Imported from Germany.

3.3

Waterproof black strip around windows, doors, and trailer. No visible screws from the outside.

3.4

Food-grade 150L fresh water tank and 150L waste water tank under the chassis. With gravity water inlet.

3.5

Four foldable supporting legs at the corners of the trailer.

 

4. Interior Construction

4.1

Working bench made from 304 food-grade stainless steel with sliding doors underneath.

4.2

Doors with waterproof sealing strip and high safety lock imported from Germany.

4.3

Windows with waterproof sealing strip and hydraulic pressure jacks. Sliding window is optional.

4.4

Anti-slip vinyl floor for easy cleaning instead of checked aluminum plating.

4.5

Double sinks with water tap and 12V water pump. Gas water heater included.

 

5. Electrical System

High-power distribution box with safety switch;

LED lamp on the roof;

Standard socket quantity as needed;

Cable layout as needed;

The standard inside of our trailer includes a stainless steel working bench, sliding doors, water sinks, and an electrical system.

 

We can also equip additional cooking appliances based on your custom needs.

For example: gas griddle, gas fryer, gas burner, chip machine, kebab machine, hot dog machine, showcase, ice cream machine, slush machine, air conditioner, etc.
