Chocolate refiners are essential in the production of high-quality chocolate, transforming raw ingredients into a smooth, luxurious texture by grinding them into fine particles. These machines are widely used in confectionery manufacturing for both small-scale and large-scale operations.

 

The equipment is equipped with an extraction unit, a sampling valve, and a take-off valve at the discharge end. For thick masses or products with low fat content (as low as 21%), a shear can be added as an optional feature to enhance performance.

 

Once the ingredients are loaded into the conche, the grinding bars rotate and break down the components into ultra-fine particles, measured in microns. This process significantly improves the texture and mouthfeel of the final chocolate product.

 

During the conching process, the ingredients are thoroughly homogenized, ensuring a consistent quality and a refined, smooth finish in the final product.

2. About after-sales service

Usually, the machine warranty is about 1 year. Within this period, if the machine fails due to design defects, we are responsible and will replace the faulty part free of charge. If the failure is due to human factors, the user will be responsible, but we will still provide technical support.
