The TY series vacuum turbine oil filtration machine is primarily used for purifying unqualified turbine oil, especially for severely emulsified turbine oil. It can quickly and efficiently break emulsification, separate water, gas, and particles from the oil. This ensures that the treated oil meets the standards of new oil, guaranteeing the safe operation of the entire turbine system. The machine uses special polymer materials as a filter medium combined with vacuum separation technology to break emulsification, dehydrate, degas, remove acid and impurities, turning badly turbid turbine oil into clear and transparent. The TY series is an ideal turbine oil filtration machine for live-line work; it can also purify low-viscosity hydraulic oil and lubricating oil.
Features
1. Special polymer materials as filter medium with functions of breaking emulsion, dehydration, and removing particles.
2. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology equipped with advanced dewatering and degassing components, rapidly and effectively separating water and gas from the oil.
3. Multi-stage precision filtration system combining mesh filtration with molecular adsorption technology.
4. Efficient electric heating system, providing uniform heating, lower power consumption, and high safety and reliability.
5. Double-infrared liquid level sensor and pressure protection system to ensure easy and safe operation of the machine.
6. Interlocked protection system connecting the oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor to avoid dry heating, empty pumping, oil leaks, and electrical faults. If there's any fault, the machine will automatically power off.
7. Capable of working online with steam turbines and hydraulic turbines.
