Application
The TY series vacuum turbine oil filtration machine is specifically designed for purifying unqualified turbine oil, especially dealing with serious emulsified oil. It efficiently breaks down emulsification, separates water, gas, and impurities from the oil, ensuring the treated oil meets the standards of new oil. This equipment utilizes special polymer materials combined with vacuum separation technology to break emulsification, remove moisture, gases, acids, and particles, transforming turbid turbine oil into clear and transparent oil. The TY series is ideal for online operations in turbines and hydraulic systems and can also be used for low viscosity hydraulic and lubricating oils.

1. Special polymer materials as a filter medium with functions including breaking emulsification, de-watering, and removing particles.
2. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology equipped with advanced dewatering and degassing components for rapid and effective separation of water and gas from the oil.
3. Multi-stage precision filtration system combining mesh filtration with molecular adsorption technology.
4. Efficient electric heating system providing uniform heating, lower power consumption, and high safety and reliability.
5. Double-infrared liquid level sensor and pressure protection system for safe and easy operation.
6. Interlocked protective system that connects the oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, preventing blank heating or pumping, oil leaks, and electrical faults. The machine automatically powers off if any fault occurs.
7. Suitable for online use with steam turbines and hydraulic turbines.
