BP Group held a grand ceremony in Zhuhai on November 20 to celebrate the completion of the second phase of the PTA plant in Zhuhai BP Chemical Co., Ltd., and officially put into production. Zhuhai BP Chemical Co., Ltd. is the first Sino-foreign joint venture to produce and sell PTA in China. It is the crystallization of the cooperation between BP Group and Fuhua Group, in which BP and Fuhua hold 85% and 15% of the shares respectively.
