The valve features flanged connections, push-on type, mechanical joint type, or plain ends, with optional PVC socket options. The construction includes a ductile iron body, with a wedge made of ductile iron and fully vulcanized NBR or EPDM rubber. The stem is made of stainless steel (BS970 431S29 or DIN17440 X 20Cr13), and the gasket and O-rings are made of NBR for excellent sealing properties.
Available sizes range from 50mm to 600mm (2" to 24"), with pressure ratings of PN10 and PN16. The coating is fusion-bonded epoxy (200-250 microns) on both the inside and outside, and custom coatings can be applied upon request.
