The Characteristics of the Machine:

1. The RD-12/22-100A is equipped with two turntables, an open intermittent indexing cam mechanism, and gear transmission with a longitudinal axis structure. The cam is imported from Korea, ensuring precise and reliable performance.

2. The entire machine features an automatic lubrication system, which enhances the smooth operation of all mechanical parts and reduces maintenance needs.

3. The bottom sealing is done using hot air devices, making the process efficient and reliable. The hot air device is imported from Switzerland.

4. This model has a higher working speed (100pcs/min) compared to the RD-12/22 machine. It includes an additional Swiss Leister hot air device for side sealing, allowing both hot air and ultrasonic methods to be used.

5. The side sealing is performed by ultrasonic technology from Evergreen, made in Taiwan, ensuring strong and clean seals.

6. The cup top curling process involves two steps—rotary curling and heating shaping—which results in a more stable and visually appealing finish.

7. The machine is equipped with a PLC control system, sensor failure detection, and automatic shutdown in case of any issues. This significantly improves operational safety and reduces labor costs. All key components such as the PLC, touch screen, inverter, temperature controller, and sensors are made in Korea.

8. The bearings are all manufactured in Japan (NSK brand), and the vacuum generator is also made in Japan (SMC brand), ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability.
