North Heavy Industry Medium Density Fiberboard Complete Equipment Successfully Tested
On August 11, the North Heavy Industry Group successfully tested its complete set of equipment for producing 80,000 cubic meters of medium-density fiberboard (MDF) in the reloading workshop. This marks another successful export of wood-based panel production equipment to Russia, following the earlier delivery of a 30,000-cubic-meter MDF line. The achievement highlights China's growing technological prowess in large-scale MDF manufacturing, placing it among the world’s leading producers.
This 80,000-cubic-meter production line is a prime example of how Northern Heavy Industry leverages its advanced technology to expand into international markets. Key components, such as the hot press and sanding unit, are equipped with internationally recognized advanced models. The thermal energy center utilizes waste materials like bark, sanding dust, and wood chips as fuel, while also treating wastewater for environmental reuse. The system features high automation, rapid pressing times, efficient dust removal, and comprehensive online monitoring, ensuring precise control over production quality.
The company has become a key player in the national heavy machinery industry, specializing in large-scale wood-based panel equipment. It offers complete systems for particleboard, MDF, veneer, high-density molded door panels, insulation boards, and agricultural fiberboards. The company also provides large hot presses, laying machines, and full-line installation and commissioning services.
