L- Type Double Rotary Chuck Welding Equipment
The welding positioner is designed for pipe welding and features a stationary structure. The working table can rotate, flip, and elevate, powered by an arc-tooth speed reducer that provides strong output torque. It uses an imported frequency converter to achieve stepless speed adjustment of the working table, ensuring high precision, a wide speed range, and stable torque output. This welding positioner can be integrated with a welding manipulator or welder to form an automatic welding center. The control system includes a main control cabinet and a foot pedal switch (with a 5m cable).

HB Type Welding Positioner:
This is a fixed-type machine with a self-locking function on the working table.
SHW Type Double Column Welding Positioner:
This model consists of a power box, cross beam, rotary plate, pressing device, and tailstock. We offer both single-rotary and double-rotary versions. The machine ensures the workpiece is in the optimal welding position through rotation, flipping, and lifting. The reducer is a circular-arc tooth type, offering large output torque and meeting the demands for rotation and flipping. The imported frequency converter allows for precise, continuous speed adjustment with a wide range and stable torque. The electrical control system includes a main control cabinet and a remote control box with a 15m cable.
